BLOOM By Maison Darbeau

Baco 22 A is an old historic Armagnac grape variety dating from 1898. It is the result of crossing Folle Blanche and Noah, a grape variety resistant to phylloxera. Baco eau de vie is known for its typical fruitiness (apricot and plum).

Maison Darbeau has been growing this grape for 3 generations, it seemed appropriate to highlight this eau de vie in an original and modern way.

Hibiscus BLOOM By Maison Darbeau

50 ml Maison Darbeau Eau de Vie Baco Blanc
20 ml hibiscus syrup
15 ml lime juice
100 ml tonic water
Juniper berries
Ice cubes
Dried hibiscus petals or lime slices

Preparation
Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
Add the Eau de Vie Baco Blanc, hibiscus syrup and lime juice.
Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
Strain the mixture and add the tonic water and juniper berries.
Stir lightly and add the decoration: hibiscus petals or lime slices.
